Frank Saperstein

Frank Saperstein, Senior Vice President of Animation & Children’s Programming, brings over 20 years of experience in media creation, development, production and distribution to Blueprint Entertainment. His credits include over 400 episodes of television, feature film, new media, shorts and commercials. Prior to joining Blueprint, Frank has served as Co-CEO/creative director of PASI (Philippine Animation Studio Inc.), producer/director and development consultant for VH1/MTV Networks,  and as producer/writer/director at Matinee Entertainment.  Previous credits include award-winning productions, Kampung Boy - winner for Best Television Series at Annecy Film Festival (Fox Kids/Teletoon), Bob and Margaret (Comedy Central/Global TV), Kong: The Animated Series (Fox Kids/Teletoon), Captain Flamingo (YTV/Jetix), The Ren & Stimpy Show (Nickelodeon/MTV) , and Pee-wee's Playhouse (CBS). Mr. Saperstein holds an MFA from New York University and has been a featured speaker and instructor at film festivals, markets, conferences and universities around the globe.
