LOS ANGELES - The N Network (Noggin's teen channel) follows up a new episode of Degrassi with the The Best Years, a new weekly drama. Set at a university in Massachusetts, the series follows smart, orphaned Samantha (Charity Shea, Alpha Dog) and the classmates who form the show's dysfunctional family. (N Network, 8:30 p.m.)
