Title: Strip Search
Format: Half-Hour Series
Half-Hour Documentary Series
Status: Produced
The world's most successful male revue manager, Billy Cross, is looking for his next troupe of male strippers. Hot on the heels of his hugely successful shows, "Thunder from Down Under" and "Kiwi Fire" currently on tour in the U.S., Billy will leave no stone unturned as he makes his way across Canada, coast to coast, searching for the perfect team.

Cameras will be rolling and document the transformation of a group of ordinary young men into an extraordinary professional male revue. They can be firefighters or lawyers, steel mill workers or investment bankers - anyone who has had the secret (or not so secret) dream, to dance and well, strip.

From the open casting call, to the cross-Canada search, the many hopefuls will go through an intensive "boot camp", vying for the coveted six available spots. Once the Canadian troupe is formed, the countdown is on. They have only seven weeks until show time.

The men follow a backbreaking schedule of rehearsals, costume fittings, workouts, and intense dieting. In preparation for the gala performance and pin-up calendar photo shoot, they spend time in the spa - getting tanned, clipped, trimmed and waxed. Finally, the big day arrives - but first they must perform a dress rehearsal for their toughest critics - their mothers.
