DIANA, a smart, pretty con artist from Boston, has ripped off nasty ROURKE to the tune of twenty thousand dollars and needs to get out of town. Diana is not without heart and has been helping a dying JEN live out her final days. When Jen dies, Diana discovers letters written between Jen and a rancher/cowboy named Beau from Wyoming -- the two have apparently fallen in love, sight unseen, and Jen was supposed to leave Boston to marry Beau.
Diana sees this as her ticket out, goes to Wyoming to live with Beau... pretending to be Jen. Soon Beau catches on to the big city girl trying to fit in on a ranch, but he still is falling for her. When he catches her trying to steal from half the town, he kicks her off the ranch. Rourke and his henchmen show up to collect his stolen money and since they are now fallling in love, Beau keeps Diana alive and they live happily ever after.
